Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4, 1983) is a Canadian comedian and actress who is based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most famous for her performance on Superstore's sitcom Dina Fox. Ash is also a graduate at Second City Toronto Mainstage as in addition to Second City Chicago mainstage. Also, she is two of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was an Canadian Comedy Award recipient for the title of Best Female Improviser twice in 2006 and 2007, and also received the award for Best Performance by a Female Television in 2012 as well as in the year 2015. In 2015 she was nominated to be nominated for Best Female Performances in a Feature Film for her character Carol in Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the Prank-show "Scare Tactics". Lauren as well as Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails" her podcast.
